Meeting to reflect on the challenges and opportunities of multicultural societies and move forward in cohesion and coexistence between citizens.
The main speaker will be the philosopher Josep Maria Esquirol, winner of the National Essay Prize and the City of Barcelona Prize. We’ll also learn about successful diversity-based projects by different organisations in spheres such as culture and education. The Orquestra Àrab de Barcelona (a trio) will be performing music and the event rounds off with a tasting of typical products.
The foundation is organising this event to maintain the legacy of its founder, Teresa Losada, who worked to establish bonds between various communities and help build a plural, heterogeneous and diverse society where we can all be ourselves.
